More educational programs for Healthy Ageing

At this moment Hanze University mainly worked in health and welfare from the idea of treating and solving problems of individuals . The new master at the Hanze University emphasis on the shift that is needed on prevention, is boosting its own strength and resilience and self-management and empowerment of citizens. The master Healthy Ageing 'Sport , Health Care & Well Being" aims to train professionals  a substantial contribution to a healthy and vibrant civil society. The aim is to start the new master in September 2015.

Next to another establishment of care (integrated , person -oriented and close to people) , will be in the future a part of the health care take place in the social vestibule (sports , well-being) .

The Master focuses on professionals in the field of health, welfare and sport, and is being developed in both a full-time program (1-year) for direct transfers from bachelors , as a part-time program ( 2 -year ) for working professionals. The intended application for accreditation by the NVAO will take place in the autumn of 2014.
